Medical tourism is a form of health tourism commonly referring to the travel of people to another country for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment in that country. In more cases, aim of medical tourism is to impart low cost of medical service or taking emergency service than other place. The purpose of current study was to survey medical tourism capacity & prioritizing of them with AHP technique. Statistical society consisted of all physicians, expertise & all employees of International hospital in Tabriz city as whole 247 persons. To select the samples, census sampling method was applied. To gather information, a researcher made questionnaire (with use of capacity measure indexes) and paired comparison questionnaire were used. Then, validity & reliability were selected and given questionnaires. In inferential analysis, to test of hypothesis, & drawing figure & tables, SPSS software was applied. For prioritizing research dimension, AHP Master Software was applied. Kolmogrov-Smirnove had been used for data normality analysis. Consider to normality of them data were analyzed by parametric test (t-tests). Results of sample T test indicate that presence of multiple surgery, medical equipment, surgeon's & expert's & medical tourism department had direct (significant) effect on sample population. In a way that, after prioritize this dimension by AHP Master software concluded surgeon's fame had one place, presence of multiple surgery practice had two place, medical equipment had third place, medical tourism department had four place.

Recognizing the tourism capacity of coastal cities is of great importance. The historic port of Siraf, with its valuable and valuable past, can play an important role in attracting coastal tourism. Therefore, with the restoration and reconstruction of this historic port and the recognition of its capacities with regard to the possession of water and soil resources, the background Historical and geographic location is to be classified as offshore and offshore tourism. In recent decades, the types of tourism activities that have been dealing with the nature, especially the sea and the coast, are between the ports of the southern neighbors, the marginal countries The Persian Gulf has a special position, which reflects the importance of the coastal coastal development capacity capability. In between is the neighboring countries. Thus, the present research is applied in terms of applied and descriptive-analytical method and library data has been used for collecting information. The question of the present research is that the port of Siraf, considering its historical background and its high potential in the coastal zone and the sea, can be successful in attracting beach tourists? The hypothesis of this research is that it seems that taking into account the high capacity of this region in attracting coastal tourist can be admitted SIRAF based on historical background, geographical location, special climate, positive and favorable fields. Recreation and sports, especially coastal tourism with its potential planning and potential, and can play a role in the development of coastal tourism and tourist attraction in view of its special position. The results indicate that the tourist industry, especially coastal tourism, is very important due to the location of the port and its coasts on the northern margin of the Persian Gulf, which should be considered and used by the responsible authorities so that Tourism, especially coastal tourism, has been developing in Siraf.

Introduction: Nurses can play a major role in the process of organizational learning as one of the major sources of organizational knowledge and important elements of knowledge transfer in hospitals. Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the learning ability in a military hospital (Baqiyatallah). Material & Methods: In this analytical/descriptive study, the research community was 281 nurses working in a sub-specialty hospital in Tehran. Which meets the criteria for entering the study They were entered into the study by census method in 1396. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The first part of the questionnaire is the collection of individual information. The second part is the Questionnaire Gomez(2005) Organizational Learning. And in the present study, its reliability was resumed in a preliminary study. After collecting the information based on the type of variables, descriptive statistics including mean standard deviation and analytical statistics were considered significant level of 0. 05. Using SPSS version 19, and the normalization of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, were analyzed and analyzed. Results: Considering the undeniable role of organizational learning in survival of organizations and the results achieved in this study, organizational learning capability in three areas of management commitment, open space and experimentation, and knowledge transfer was moderate and low. According to the results of this research, it is necessary to pay attention to the transferability and integration of nurse’ s knowledge in order to increase staff’ s organizational knowledge. Conclusion: Nursing managers are also required to explore nursing learning enhancement strategies using new methods and provide knowledge and experience transfer. In the end, they will have desirable and near-world-class services at the bedside.
